- The more open you are, the more personal I can be
- I will be 100% honest with you. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll find out for you.
- We can talk as much or as little as it suits you. If you want to be really involved, that’s great, we can really personalise the transformation for you. If you want to give me a set of goals and leave the rest of planning to me, that’s fine too. If you just want rough guidelines, you can have them and then I’ll leave you to it.

You love eating certain foods (Curry, Pizza, Chinese Takeaway? Come on we all love these).
Give me a dish you love and I will find and trial or create a recipe so that you can have these guilt-free.
You would like to cook or meal prep but don’t know how or need some advice.
I will guide and support you through meal prep, starting simple and building up to more complex as long as you enjoy it.
You want to be more active but don’t know what to take up or how to achieve this.
I will go through a variety of options with you so that we can find one that suits your lifestyle and you will enjoy.
You want to take up an activity but don’t have the confidence or don’t feel completely comfortable.
I will encourage you, work through anything that you are unsure of, create tailored exercises for you to show you that you can do it or prepare you for it.
