Over the past years, I have gone through a major transformation I am immensely proud of. It has helped me grow physically and mentally into a person I never imagined I could be. I achieved things I only dreamed of and build a lifestyle that makes me smile when I wake up.
Through my journey, there were a lot of people that have inspired and supported me and I feel it is now my turn to do the same for others. I have also had many struggles and many of my habits are a result of a lot of trial and error. My vision is to share these and support anyone that wishes to make a change in their lives in order to make their path easier and more achievable.

Mindset
The first major shift always comes with a shift of mindset. This is arguably the most difficult step to take. The decision (and belief!) that you can and will make a change. It is also the drive through your journey. The beauty of it is that it is usually here to stay. This means it helps you create a lifestyle change, rather than a crash course.

Action
The second step is to take action. The firmer your mindset, the easier this step will be. The goal of this is to start shifting the things in your life you are unhappy with and creating space for habits that will help you get where you want to be. Remember that these habit support each other so the better you incorporate one into your life, the more you will get out of the other.

Diet
The shift in your diet relates to much more than just looking better naked. When you do it right, you can enjoy more meals, that taste better, make you feel good, help you get stronger and cost you less money.

Workouts
Diet supports your workouts which in turn power your mindset. It’s like riding a bike. It takes some energy to get started but once you’re off you can just keep the cycle going. Feel your results.
